Dr Giovannetti  is working in the Dept. Medical Oncology, VU University Medical Center Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She is also PI of the AIRC Start-up Unit, University of Pisa, Italy. Her research is focusing on the study of the mechanism of action, toxicity and efficacy of anticancer agents, as well as in the field of clinical pharmacology of chemotherapeutic drugs, including modeling of pharmacogenetic studies, mostly in pancreas and lung cancer.
